Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With original tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria above.

Please note:

  • Sale items including Last Sizes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns

  • Gift cards cannot be returned


Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and have tags attached.

The quickest way to exchange is to:

  1. Return your original item once approved, and

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Alternatively, you’re welcome to visit us in store to exchange your item, subject to stock availability.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to finalise the refund

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Has a major fault

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from its description

These rights apply regardless of whether the item is on sale.
