Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order if:

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes displayed on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal or courier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

9. Locals Club

Rails Newport Locals Club is a discount program for people who live locally to the store, specifically within postcodes 3015 and 3016.

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who register with their full name, valid email address and a residential address that includes a postcode of 3015 and 3016. By registering, you warrant that all details provided are true, accurate and correct. 

The Discount: Eligible registrants receive a 10% discount off products purchased in store at our retail shop located in Newport, Victoria. The discount is not redeemable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or valid for online purchases.

Participation: You must be registered in our database to receive the discount at the point of sale. 

Verification and Conduct: Although no proof of address is required at the time of purchase, the business reserves the right to verify eligibility information at any time. Providing false or misleading information to obtain the discount may result in cancellation of discount privileges. 

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the application of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Government) or any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully valid. 

Modification and Cancellation: We may change or discontinue this discount program at any time, with or without notice. Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect redemption of rewards already issued in accordance with these Terms. 

Privacy: Personal information collected for this program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. 

General: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. 

10. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for:

  • Major failures

  • Goods that are faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from their description

For minor faults, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Change-of-mind returns (if offered) are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.
